Pre-Christmas hangover

It’s been a busy few weeks here as work was completed
and trips were made, and shows were attended.

On the 2nd of December, we showed our work and sold
at the OCAD BookArts Fair in Toronto. While the weather
was certainly not on our side, we perservered and
gladly shared the day with all our friends. We made some
new ones and sold some of our loot too!

It was nice to see Akemi and Ken fro Kozo Studio, Michelle and George Walker
and Justin who made the awesome Poster for the event (pic in previous post).
Brad and I look forward to next year, but before that we have lots to work out
in anticipation of the 30th Wayzgoose in Grimsby late April, 2008.

Also, yesterday was the last Focus Fair of the year, and it was a success, with 8 vendors taking part, and Nicole and Julia leading the way. Thanks for all that you’ve done over the past year.
In 2008, things look to be expanding with Focus Fair being run by committee. I look forward to being included in the planning and seeing the growth in the Fair that we all now is possible.

Lastly, i’ve just finished a interesting show poster for Toronto band – The Weather Station. It features a large 3 colour reduction print in opaqe white and two blues. I will post pics this week once i’ve got a nice shot.

Have a good week.
